City of Elizabeth issued the following announcement on Nov. 23. 

Public, please take notice that the City Council of the City of Elizabeth City Council will hold a joint meeting with the Pasquotank County Board of Commissioners on Monday, November 29th. The business meeting will convene at 6:00 p.m., and will be held at The EC-PC Senior Center, located at 215 South Water Street in Elizabeth City, NC. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss various issues of mutual interest and concern.
