City of Elizabeth issued the following announcement on Nov. 20. 

The City Council of the City of Elizabeth City will meet in Regular Session on Monday, November 22nd, 2021, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, located on the second floor of the Gardner Municipal Building at 306 East Colonial Avenue. Members of the public who are interested in making a comment may do so in person by signing in on the admission sheet in the lobby or by emailing their remarks to the Clerk at aonley@elizabethcitync.gov

In-person commenters must sign in by 6:45 p.m. Likewise, emailed comments must be received by the Clerk no later than 6:45 p.m. on Monday, November 22nd. Please include your name and address for the record.
