City of Havelock issued the following announcement on Aug. 24.

Did you know that ~1 in 3 pets go missing? The good news is, Havelock Animal Control will give your dog or cat the best chance of making it back home to you by providing them with a microchip when you adopt from Havelock Animal Control. 

Microchips are included free of charge right now for all newly adopted dogs and cats from us!
