 City of New Bern issued the following announcement on Mar. 15.

Join us as we celebrate Arbor Day 2022 and the City’s 26th year receiving Tree City USA recognition! This is a free event which will include a tree planting ceremony, speeches, seedling giveaways, educational information, and refreshments.

This event will be held at Palace Point Commons beginning at 11am. Parking is available at 837 S. Front Street. Come help us celebrate our beautiful city and learn more about Arbor Day!
