City of New Bern issued the following announcement on Mar 3.

Coming Soon…Candle Making Class! 

These classes will take you step by step on how to handcraft fragrant candles for your home. Classes will be held at the West New Bern Recreation Center, 1225 Pine Tree Drive from 9:00am to 12:00pm.

Session 1: March 18 & April 1

Session 2: April 8 & 22

Session 3: May 13 & 27 

Residents $40 

Non-Residents $55
