Due to inclement weather, all City of Roanoke Rapids municipal offices will open at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 4, 2022.
We anticipate icy road conditions overnight and tomorrow morning. If you must travel, please drive with caution. If you experience an emergency, always dial 9-1-1 for immediate assistance.
