City of Washington issued the following announcement on Dec. 2. 

Christmas is just around the corner, which means it’s the return of our “Dear Santa: A Personalized Letters to Santa Experience”! From now until December 11th, children ages birth to 12 are invited to complete a form (available at the library or to download online) and drop it off in the library’s outdoor book drop. Participants will receive a personalized letter in the mail from Santa Claus before Christmas Eve.
