City of Washington issued the following announcement on Sept. 19.

The library will be upgrading technology Tuesday, September 20th. Patron access to the library will be unavailable while the upgrades take place.

Access to the bookdrop will remain open for returns.

 Curbside service will be available for pickups.

 11 am “Story Time with Mr. Terry” will be relocated to the garden.
