City of Washington issued the following announcement on Oct. 24.
Loose leaf pick-up will begin on November 1st and run through February 15, 2023.
Please places leaves by the side of the road.
Do NOT place leaves in the street or gutters.
Do NOT place by vehicles. Leaves will not be picked up if they are blocked by vehicles.
