0Comments

County of Camden issued the following announcement on Mar. 10.

Thinking about enjoying a nice walk or bike ride in #CamdenCountyNC

Check out the Dismal Swamp Canal Trail, a 3 mile paved trail along US Hwy 17 in South Mills,  maintained by Camden Parks & Recreation.  The DSC trail provides a shady retreat as well as beautiful views of the historic waterway and a history lesson, too!

#DYK ~ The Dismal Swamp Canal Trail was recently designated as a segment of North Carolina’s East Coast Greenway State Trail?

We are so excited to be a part of the NC State Trail System, which brings more awareness to local trails and provides future support & assistance.
