County Craven issued the following announcement on July 21.

Don’t forget to recycle those old electronics!  Craven County offers a mobile recycling unit that rotates monthly between six of the seven Convenience Centers located throughout Craven County.  Electronics are always collected at the Monette’s Convenience Center.  See the schedule for when the mobile electronics trailer will be at a Convenience Center near you:  https://www.cravencountync.gov/…/Mobile-Electronics…

This recycling service is provided for Craven County resident customers only (not for business or commercial use). 

July – Vanceboro Convenience Site located at 246 Bailey Ln., Vanceboro NC 28586
August – Hwy 101 Convenience Site located at 3405 NC Hwy. 101, Havelock NC 28532
September – Sanders Ln. Convenience Site located at 121 Sanders Ln., New Bern NC 28560
October – Croatan Convenience Site located at 7240 NC Hwy. 70 East, Havelock NC 28532
November – Ft. Barnwell Convenience Site located at 205 Belltown Rd., Dover NC 28526
December – Bridgeton Convenience Site located at 605 Hwy. 55 East, New Bern NC 28560
