COUNTY OF CRAVEN: Public Hearing – Proposed Amendments to Land Use Ordinances

County of Craven issued the following announcement on June 28.

In accordance with Chapter 160D (“Chapter 160D”) of the North Carolina General Statutes, Craven County (“County”) intends to amend County’s existing land use ordinances (namely, County’s Subdivision Ordinance). The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed addition of a Family Subdivision added to the Craven County Subdivision Ordinance.

The Craven County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on these matters at 6:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached) on Tuesday, July 5th, 2022 in the Commissioners’ Room in the Craven County Administration Building, and all interested persons are invited to attend and present their views.
