City of Havelock issued the following announcement on Jul. 12.
Today, smoke testing will begin in Zone 4. Smoke testing is used to identify areas of inflow and infiltration in the sewer system. If pipes are broken, smoke will emerge from the ground near the site of the break. Visit the link below to learn more about the smoke testing process and identify your zone.
