City of Havelock issued the following announcement on Aug. 12.
Due to an incident with a semi truck and a power line, City of Havelock facilities are currently without internet services. The outage will cause a disruption of bill payment services, including the Citizen Self Service system and credit card payments at all City facilities. UPDATE: Service has been restored and the City is now taking payments in all forms.
