City of Havelock issued the following announcement on Oct. 22.
Join the fun....decorate your booth/vehicle. Winning vendor will receive a prize. An Exhibit Request Form is required to participate as an exhibitor at this event. Registration deadline is October 25th by 5:00 pm. No vendor fees, space is limited. Contact Parks & Recreation for more information (252) 444-6429.
