This year for every 2 wreaths purchased ($15 each), get 1 wreath free. Wreaths ordered via above link will be delivered to BlackRock & transported to cemetery & laid by Blackrock homeowners & other volunteers at each Ceremony. Please join us! Wreaths donated at above link will be split between the 2 cemeteries in Windsor.
