City of Havelock issued the following announcement on Oct. 22.
Come experience the Haunted Trail Drive-Thru presented by East Carolina Council, Boy Scouts of America! The event dates are October 22-23 & 29-30 from 7-9:30 p.m. and only costs $10 per car!
