The City of Elizabeth City will receive sealed bids for Street Resurfacing 11.25.2021 until 2:00pm EST on January 5th, 2022 by hand delivery to the address shown above. The bidder is responsible for ensuring the bid is received at the bid opening location, prior to the bid opening.
All inquiries concerning the Scope of Work or Bid Submission Requirements should be sent in writing by 2:00pm EST on December 8th, 2021 to:

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at City of Elizabeth City Public Utilities 2nd Floor Meeting Room located at 410 Pritchard Street, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 at 2:00pm EST on December 8th, 2021.
All interested and qualified contractors must attend in order to participate. In compliance with this Request for Bids and to all the terms and conditions imposed herein, the undersigned offers and agrees to furnish the goods and services described in accordance with the attached signed proposal.
