County of Chowan issued the following announcement on Oct. 28.
Our Pumpkin Decorating Contest entries are on display at the Public Safety Center. Everyone is welcome to stop by to vote on their favorite entry. Pumpkins will be on display in the front lobby until Friday, October 29. The overall "fan favorite" will win a gift card. Go vote on these amazing pumpkin entries! Our 4-Hers (and future 4-Hers) worked so hard on these pumpkins.
