County of Chowan issued the following announcement on Nov. 5.

RFQ will be accepted up to but no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021. No submission will be considered if received after this deadline has expired.
To download a complete copy of the submittal instructions and background information packet for the project, visit the home page of the Chowan County website www.chowancounty-nc.gov .
Questions should be directed to Kevin Howard, County Manager, at kevin.howard@chowan.nc.gov and must be received by 4pm on November 23, 2021.
Chowan County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
