City of Washington issued the following announcement on Nov. 20.
Congratualtions to our Finance Team for receiving the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence In Financial Reporting for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.
This is the 25th consecutive year the City has received this distinguished award and it is the highest form of recognition in government accounting and financial reporting.
Thanks to all of the city staff that contributes to the success of proper accounting and reporting!
