County of Bertie issued the following announcement on Nov. 23.
The Bertie County Department of Social Services will begin taking and processing applications for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program Beginning Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Bertie County Department of Social Services building located at 11- Jasper Baze Avenue, Windsor, Noth Carolina.
