County of Craven issued the following announcement on Jan. 4.
People ages 60 and over, or with a disability, may be eligible for the Elderly and Disabled Transportation Assistance Program (EDTAP). Effective January 1, 2022, EDTAP will cover the $.50 Omnibus fare for individuals that qualify. You may apply online at https://www.cravencountync.gov/.../EDTAP-Application-127 or in person at 2822 Neuse Boulevard. For more information contact CARTS at 252-636-4917.
