City of Elizabeth City issued the following announcement on Feb. 24.
The next City Council meeting is Monday, February 28th at 7:00 pm. The City Council Meeting will be live-streamed on Channel 11 and on the city website. To access the live stream from the homepage, first, click the Government Tab, then click "Council Meeting Videos", and finally, click "Livestream Broadcast."
