City of Elizabeth City issued the following announcement on Nov. 6.
The City Council of the City of Elizabeth City will meet in a strategic planning / goal setting retreat session on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, located on the second floor of the Gardner Municipal Building at 306 East Colonial Avenue.
The purpose of this meeting will be to conduct a Goal Setting and Strategic Planning Retreat Session.
