Make Havelock Shine is an annual home and business decorating contest, presented by the Havelock Appearance Commission. If you are interested in participating in the business decorating contest please send a private message.

Techno – lights synchronized with music (inside and/or outside)
Joyce Blackburn Award – Best Overall display
