County of Craven issued the following announcement on March 1.

North Carolina General Statutes require that all NC counties reappraise all real properties at least once every eight years.

The purpose of a revaluation is to ensure that all properties are appraised at their current fair market value.

Tax Revaluation notices will be mailed to all Craven County real estate property owners this week.
