County of Bertie issued the following announcement on Jan. 31.
The Rivers East Workforce Development Board and NCWorks Career Centers are teaming up with Pitt County Economic Development to host a Job Fair for the employees being dislocated from QVC-Rocky Mount. These employees were making on average $16/hour and possess a variety of skill sets.
