City of Elizabeth issued the following announcement on Nov. 5.
The City Council of the City of Elizabeth City will hold a Special Work Session on Monday, November 8, 2021 at the EC-PC Senior Center, located at 215 South Water Street in Elizabeth City. This meeting will be conducted for the purpose of further discussion on the redistricting process, and will be open to the public.
The City Council's Regular Session will commence at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, located at 306 East Colonial Avenue in Council Chambers, located on the second floor of the Gardner Municipal Building. The meeting will be live-streamed on local Channel 11 and the City's website. Members of the public interested in making a comment during this meeting may do so in person by signing up on the sign-in sheet outside of Chambers (by 6:45 p.m.) or by emailing the City Clerk at aonley@elizabethcitync.gov
Emailed comments must be received by 6:45 p.m. on Monday, November 8th in order to be read into the record of the meeting. Please be sure to include your name and address.
