City of Havelock issued the following announcement on Nov. 12.
The 2021 Havelock Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. This year's theme will be Candyland Christmas. The parade will enter US 70 at North Shepard Street / US 70 and will proceed westbound to Cunningham Blvd., where the parade entries will exit US 70.
