Join the Elizabeth City Police Department at R.L. Vaughan Center at ECSU on August 28, 2022, for the 11th Annual Back 2 School Bash & Food Drive event!
Book bags, School supplies, face painting, food, entertainment, haircuts, and much more to offer at the event.
The event will be held between the hours of 10:00AM and 2:00PM.
